80% of Young People Respond 'I Want to Work'. Sankakusha Launches Cleaning Business 'Sankaku Clear'

Sankakusha, a non-profit organization (Representative Director: Yusuke Arai, Toshima-ku, Tokyo), has officially launched its cleaning business, 'Sankaku Clear', in 2026. This initiative is a practical model designed to create opportunities for young people to prepare for and gain practical experience in the workforce.

A survey conducted in May 2025 with 106 participants revealed that approximately 80% of the young people connected with Sankakusha responded that they 'want to work'. On the other hand, it was also found that about 60% are hesitant to start working due to 'anxiety about interpersonal relationships'.

We believe that a system enabling young people to gain 'work experience in a secure environment' is crucial. Therefore, we have launched a business where young people can acquire professional skills while working alongside staff, and build trusting relationships with customers as professionals.

Four Features of 'Sankaku Clear' 'Sankaku Clear' offers cleaning services where young people, trained in professional techniques under expert supervision, meticulously clean using specialized detergents and equipment. Although the business aims to support youth, it is operated with quality as the top priority, in cooperation with Acompany LLC, a company specializing in cleaning services.

As of February 2026, we have completed 22 house cleaning jobs. In addition to the services mentioned above, we have also received requests for regular cleaning of offices and gyms.
