This seminar will cover know-how for correctly understanding the importance of human resource development and retention in companies and translating it into HR strategy. It will also explore the future of HR organizations through collaboration with AI.

In the keynote speech, Mamiya Ogata, Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, Konan University, will present effective onboarding measures to help mid-career hires integrate well into the organization and achieve high performance.

In a special lecture, Yūsaku Matsui, Representative Director of the iU Organization Research Institute, will explain how AI policy and employment system reforms are changing talent strategies.
