In addition to operating restaurants primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, such as Akamaruya, Tokyo Chikara Meshi, Yakiniku Banri, and Kin no Kura, we also undertake the entrusted operation of stores in government offices and hot spring facilities. We have partnered with the Numazu Ganyudo Fishery Cooperative in Shizuoka Prefecture to go out fishing, and we serve the fresh fish caught through fishing and auctions at our port dining hall 'Maruga Suisan' (Numazu), sushi restaurant 'Maruga Maru' (Takadanobaba), Miyamasuzakashita Sakaba (Shibuya), and Akamaruya Fresh Fish Store (Omiya). Sweating it out in the production areas, we will continue to protect our "valuable food culture."
