Launch of 5m HDMI Ver. 1.4 Certified Cable for Stable 4K Video and Audio Transmission

(Headquarters: 1-10-1 Tamachi, Kita-ku, Okayama City; President: Kazunori Yamada), through its direct sales site 'Sanwa Direct,' has launched the '500-HDMI001-5N,' a 5-meter HDMI Ver. 1.4 certified cable that ensures stable transmission of 4K/30Hz video and audio, utilizing triple shielding and gold-plated terminals. This product supports the HDMI Ver. 1.4 standard, enabling the transmission of 4K/30Hz video, 1080p Full HD, and 3D Full HD content. By simply connecting devices such as Blu-ray recorders, PCs, or game consoles to TVs, LCD displays, or projectors, users can transmit both video and audio through a single cable. Furthermore, it has obtained High Speed with Ethernet certification, supporting HEC for connecting devices via Ethernet networks and ARC for transmitting TV audio to AV amplifiers. The cable features a triple-shielded structure—comprising aluminum shielding, additional aluminum shielding, and high-density braided shielding—to suppress external noise and ensure stable signal transmission. The plugs and pins are gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and mitigate degradation over time, preventing loss in image and sound quality.
