Esashi Town, Hokkaido, Hokuyo Bank, and Stellar Green Sign Partnership Agreement to Realize a Sustainable Society Through Carbon Neutrality

Stellar Green Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Akinori Nakamura; hereinafter "Stellar Green"), a company supporting the creation of forest carbon credits, and its partner, Hokuyo Bank, Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Hirotsune Tsuyama; hereinafter "Hokuyo Bank"), signed a tripartite partnership agreement on Thursday, March 26, 2026, with Esashi Town, Hokkaido (Mayor: Moritsugu Murakami; hereinafter "Esashi Town"), aimed at achieving carbon neutrality through the utilization of environmental value and promoting sustainable urban development.

Through this partnership agreement, the three parties aim to achieve regional carbon neutrality through sustainable forest conservation activities in Esashi Town. Furthermore, they will work to create a mechanism to circulate the revenue generated from the creation of environmental value back into the local economy and forest conservation.
