Sumisho Montblanc Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; hereinafter 'the Company') announces that its caps and aprons have been adopted as uniforms to be worn by students working in the dining hall of 'Nodakama Kitchen', a high school student restaurant that opened on the 8th floor of Noda City Hall in Chiba Prefecture on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

The restaurant is operated by Noda Kamada Gakuen High School, which has experience winning the 'Sweets Koshien - High School Patissier No.1 Championship'.

With a theme of 'local production for local consumption', the initiative utilizes traditional fermented foods from Noda City, such as soy sauce and miso, as well as local agricultural products. High school students handle cooking, customer service, and operations, aiming to promote the region's charm through food.
