The restaurant is operated by Noda Kamada Gakuen High School, which has experience winning the 'Sweets Koshien - High School Patissier No.1 Championship'.
With a theme of 'local production for local consumption', the initiative utilizes traditional fermented foods from Noda City, such as soy sauce and miso, as well as local agricultural products. High school students handle cooking, customer service, and operations, aiming to promote the region's charm through food.

Caps and aprons using the eco-friendly material 'Onibegie®'
