SCSK Corporation has announced its AI agent strategy for the AI-native next-generation ERP 'PROACTIVE'. This strategy aims to streamline routine tasks and reduce operational burdens by developing and providing an 'AI Agent Set' capable of autonomous processing in accounting, sales, production, and HR/payroll. SCSK positions itself as an 'AX (AI Transformation) Enabler,' adopting a 'Human-Will Oriented' philosophy where AI agents act as proxies to support human decision-making. Given the urgent need to address labor shortages and promote human capital management, many companies are currently hindered by routine data entry tasks. SCSK will utilize 'Multi-AI Agent Orchestration' to solve these business challenges. The company plans to begin providing these services to select customers starting in July, with a broader rollout to follow.
