Leveraging approximately 40 years of extensive support experience and deep industry knowledge cultivated in serving pharmaceutical companies, SCSK will comprehensively support the transformation of sales and marketing domains for domestic pharmaceutical companies in collaboration with Veeva, through support services for peripheral systems and data areas related to the implementation and migration of Veeva Vault CRM.

1. Background of Veeva Service Partner Certification

Pharmaceutical companies are increasingly implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to centrally manage customer information and utilize data in their sales and marketing activities. Among these, Veeva's CRM products, offered by a global pioneer in cloud solutions specialized for the life sciences industry, are widely adopted by the pharmaceutical industry as a global standard platform that supports DX from clinical trials to post-launch information provision. In Japan, they have established an overwhelming position, being implemented by many major companies, both foreign and domestic.

SCSK has a track record of providing system construction and operation services for the healthcare industry for approximately 40 years, and has been providing services related to Veeva's CRM products since 2012. Through these efforts, we have accumulated extensive transaction experience and industry knowledge with top-tier domestic pharmaceutical companies. Against this backdrop, our company has now obtained certification as a Veeva Service Partner (CRM Services/Support and Operations), the first among domestic vendors.

2. CRM Peripheral Services for Pharmaceutical Companies Provided by SCSK

SCSK's service representatives, who have completed Veeva's official training and are certified, provide integrated services for pharmaceutical companies during CRM implementation and migration. These services include optimizing interfaces with CRM peripheral systems such as core systems and actual sales data systems, consolidating data into a data warehouse, visualizing data with BI tools, and maintaining and operating each system.
