● Background

With the recent spread of machine Pilates, instructors are expected not only to teach exercises correctly but also to observe individual body mechanics and provide guidance tailored to specific needs.

Intermediate reformer exercises, in particular, involve complex interactions of stability, mobility, muscle activity, joint movement, and neural control. Superficial form checks alone may not always be sufficient for effective instruction.
