Stealth Eagle. Announces Rebrand to SEIZE

Professional Esports Organization "SEIZE" (operated by SE Group Co., Ltd.) announced on June 24, 2026, its rebrand from esports team "Stealth Eagle." to "SEIZE" and its launch as a Professional Esports Organization.

At a press conference held on the same day, it was also announced that the new e-Motorsports Div "SEIZE I.G" has been established, with Itoiholdings Inc. as the owner and SE Group Co., Ltd. as the operator.

This rebrand is not merely a change of team name or logo design.

We view esports not just as a competition, but as a "culture that creates opportunities to challenge."

SEIZE's Purpose is to "Create opportunities to challenge from Gunma to the world."

Through competitive activities, event management, and community building, we aim to create opportunities to challenge from Gunma to the world and foster a competitive spirit and culture that is recognized globally.

Why Stealth Eagle. to SEIZE

Since its inception in 2023, Stealth Eagle. has been active with Fortnite as its primary competitive focus, based in Gunma Prefecture.

As we continued our activities, we came to believe that the value of esports lies not only in aiming for victory in competition, but also in "creating opportunities to challenge."

While there is talent in regional areas capable of aiming for the world stage, the environment and opportunities to support such challenges are still insufficient.

The name SEIZE carries the meaning of "not missing an opportunity to win."

This applies not only to the crucial moments in competitive play but also to the value of "seizing" opportunities, which we wish to extend beyond competition to challenges in life.

With the aspiration to "seize opportunities," "seize challenges," and "seize the future," we will embark on a new journey as "SEIZE" to create opportunities to challenge from Gunma to the world through esports and build an environment where challengers are continuously born.

Launch of e-Motorsports Div "SEIZE I.G"

In conjunction with this rebrand, we have newly established the e-Motorsports Div "SEIZE I.G."

SEIZE I.G is a competitive division owned by Itoiholdings Inc. and operated by SE Group Co., Ltd.

Under SEIZE's Purpose of "creating opportunities to challenge from Gunma to the world," we will promote competitive and outreach activities in the e-motorsports domain.

In addition to participating in competitive scenes, we will convey the appeal of e-motorsports through experience sessions and events, working to create opportunities for challenges and foster community.

Furthermore, as a new model of collaboration between regional companies and esports teams, we aim to become a competitive division that challenges from Gunma to the rest of Japan and then to the world.

Future Outlook

SEIZE will continue to promote activities such as event management and community building, in addition to strengthening its competitive divisions.

We will also promote initiatives to embed esports as a more familiar culture in the region through regular offline events and collaboration with educational institutions and companies.

Furthermore, on July 26, 2026, we plan to hold the offline event "SEIZE esports FESTIVAL Vol.1" in Gunma Prefecture, aiming to create opportunities for challenges and promote community building.

In terms of competitive activities, in addition to the Fortnite Div and e-Motorsports Div, we will work to create opportunities to challenge from Gunma to the world while considering entry into new competitive titles.

Additionally, the e-Motorsports Div "SEIZE I.G" aims to advance to the "2026 AUTOBACS JEGT Supported by GRAN TURISMO CHALLENGE League Rd.4" (top 10 teams) to be held in Kobe in November 2026.
