Phoenix Seagaia Resort: Miyazaki's Signature Mango! "Mango Fair" Held to Enjoy the Rich Sweetness and Melty Fruit

Phoenix Seagaia Resort (Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. / Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture / Representative Director and President: Shunsuke Yamamoto, hereinafter "Seagaia") will hold a "Mango Fair" at all restaurants and bars within its flagship hotel, "Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower," from Monday, June 1, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026.

Mangoes, with their rich sweetness and melting pulp, are a true delight. Their vibrant aroma and tropical flavor have been crafted into a diverse menu at each restaurant and bar within the resort. You can enjoy various styles of mango creations, including sweets and dishes at the garden buffet "Pine Terrace," as well as parfaits, breads, and cocktails.

We have prepared a wide variety of mango creations, from sweets to dishes, highlighting mango's rich sweetness and vibrant aroma. A full lineup of mango-themed sweets, including shortcakes, macarons, and roll cakes, will be available. Additionally, refreshing flavors like mango lassi, jelly, and panna cotta can be enjoyed.

During dinner, 10 types of mango sweets will be offered, and 6 types during lunch.

<Dish Corner>

For dishes, we will offer mango curry with chunky mango pieces, and spareribs marinated and grilled in Saikyo miso, served with mango sauce, among other items, available at the dinner buffet.

<Option> Luxurious Miyazaki Mango

Guests using the dinner buffet can have half a Miyazaki mango served at their table for an additional 3,000 yen.
