Phoenix Seagaia Resort to Open Original Coffee Roastery 'SEAGAIA ROASTERY' on June 1

Phoenix Seagaia Resort (Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. / Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture / President and CEO: Shunsuke Yamamoto, hereafter Seagaia) will open 'SEAGAIA ROASTERY,' an original coffee roastery, on the second floor of its flagship hotel, 'Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower,' on June 1, 2026.

'SEAGAIA ROASTERY' introduces a roasting machine manufactured by PROBAT, a long-established German roasting machine manufacturer. This machine, supported by roasters worldwide for many years, carefully extracts the inherent aroma and characteristics of the beans.

Along with the introduction of the roaster, four original blends have been developed, inspired by the scenery and the passage of time at Seagaia. Starting Monday, June 1, 2026, original Seagaia coffee, selected according to the store and scene, will be offered at restaurants and lounges within the facility, providing an 'aroma experience' throughout the resort. Furthermore, sweets and cocktails using the original coffee will be rolled out, proposing the aroma born from the roastery in various settings.

In addition, the shop adjacent to 'SEAGAIA ROASTERY' will begin selling coffee beans. The four original blends will be sold in 100g and 200g packages, and a limited-quantity opening commemorative set containing all four types will also be available. Guests can enjoy the aroma and lingering taste experienced at Seagaia in their own homes.
