Seibu Agri Co., Ltd., an agricultural business subsidiary of Seibu Landscape Co., Ltd. (Seibu Group), will grand open 'Seibu Agri-Park Tokorozawa' on June 13, 2026. This tourist farm in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, spans approximately 1.7 hectares and cultivates blueberries using solar-sharing technology.

To commemorate the opening, a harvest event will be held on June 26 for children from the local Tokorozawa Genki Nursery School. On that day, 20 children will experience harvesting and tasting the blueberries, and Mr. Shuhei Sato from the Tokorozawa City Environmental Clean Department will introduce the city's initiatives.

This facility revitalizes land held by the Seibu Group that had been idle for over 40 years. The electricity generated is supplied to public facilities through Tokorozawa Mirai Power, contributing to regional decarbonization and agricultural promotion.
