Seibu Recreation Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, President: Tatsuya Yoda) will be holding a summer-limited decoration event using "wind chimes," a symbol of summer, at Seibu Chichibu Ekimae Onsen Matsuri no Yu (Location: Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture) from Thursday, July 16, 2026, to Sunday, September 6, 2026.

This event, now in its fifth year, will feature approximately 280 "wind chimes" hand-drawn by local kindergarteners, displayed along the small path leading from Seibu Chichibu Station to "Seibu Chichibu Ekimae Onsen Matsuri no Yu," bringing coolness to Chichibu's hot summer.

On the first day of the decoration, July 16 (Thu), children from "Ohata Kodomoen" will complete the decoration by drawing on and attaching the "wind chimes" after an illustration demonstration.
