Seikei University (Musashino, Tokyo; President: Yuichi Mori) will host a lecture, 'The Political Economy of 21st Century American Security Policy,' on Monday, April 13, 2026, organized by the Seikei University Center for Asian and Pacific Studies (CAPS). In this lecture, we will welcome Professor Stephen G. Brooks from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. From the perspective of a U.S. political researcher, he will explain the evolution of U.S. policy towards Japan over the 80 years since the end of World War II and where it is heading by 2030.
