Seikei University (Musashino City, Tokyo, President: Yuichi Mori) will hold a lecture hosted by the Center for Asian and Pacific Studies (CAPS) titled 'The Political Economy of 21st Century U.S. Security Policy' on Monday, April 13, 2026.
For this lecture, we have invited Mr. Stephen G. Brooks, Professor at the School of Public Policy at Dartmouth College in the U.S. Marking 80 years since the war, he will explain the changes in U.S. policy toward Japan and where it is heading up to 2030, from the perspective of a U.S. politics researcher.
