Seiko Solutions Corp. announced that its EDI platform, 'Seiko Trust EDI,' was utilized to support the 'JIIMA Digital Seamless Software Certification' for JFE Systems Corp.'s electronic report system, 'DataDelivery®,' issued by the Japan Image and Information Management Association (JIIMA).

'Seiko Trust EDI' is a versatile EDI platform that supports various communication protocols. It is widely adopted for its flexibility in handling global digital invoice standards like 'Peppol,' industry-standard EDI for retail, manufacturing, and finance, and diverse data integration via the internet.

In this collaboration, 'Seiko Trust EDI' served as the core data integration infrastructure connecting the systems. It enables the safe, fully automated reception and seamless transfer of data—such as digital invoices (JP PINT) via the Peppol network and bank transaction data based on Zengin standards—into 'DataDelivery®' without manual intervention.

As the need to comply with the invoice system and the Electronic Book Preservation Law grows, the 'JIIMA Digital Seamless Software Certification' has become a key indicator proving that data processes are fully automated from creation to storage without manual intervention. This collaboration eliminates inefficiencies like duplicate entries and provides a foundation that fulfills the requirements for 'superior electronic books' under the Electronic Book Preservation Law, allowing businesses to confidently utilize tax incentives.

Seiko Solutions stated it will continue to strengthen its partnership with JFE Systems to contribute to the advancement of inter-company transactions, business DX, and regulatory compliance.
