In Japanese English education, there has long been a demand to acquire an 'English brain'—the ability to think in English.

However, the author, a former diplomat and Prime Ministerial interpreter, argues that you don't need an 'English brain.' He demonstrates that anyone can master English by effectively utilizing their 'Japanese brain,' and he has proven this through his own experience.

Despite having no study-abroad experience and being poor at English, he improved his skills after joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs using his own 'know-how for acquiring foreign languages in a short period.' Now active as an international business consultant, the author reveals the shortest and fastest English learning method specifically for Japanese people.
