The key feature is the contrast in texture, combining a crispy exterior with a moist and buttery interior. The secret lies in a newly redesigned mold that transfers heat more effectively, allowing for thorough baking and bringing out the depth of the ingredients.

Upon the first bite, the aromatic fragrance of roasted almonds and the depth of browned butter fill the palate. Ingredient proportions were entirely overhauled; the recipe now includes domestic fermented butter combined with browned butter for added richness. Additionally, the proportion of Marcona almonds was increased, resulting in a deeper almond finish. Domestic wheat and rice oil were added to maintain the dough's moisture.
