Sekisui Chemical's Initiatives Featured in METI's 'Diversity Management' Case Study Collection

Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. announced that its initiatives have been featured in the 'Collection of Concrete Action Practices' based on the 'Diversity Management for Strengthening Corporate Competitiveness (Diversity Report)' published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). This collection summarizes concrete actions and implementation examples for linking diversity to strengthening corporate competitiveness, introducing case studies of companies engaged in advanced initiatives. Sekisui Chemical has been working on gender diversity since 2006 and formulated a diversity management policy in 2015. Currently, under that policy, the company has set 'four priority areas' and KPIs to promote an environment where diverse talent can thrive.
