Major Expansion of Operating Hours This Summer: Izu Shaboten Zoo, Izu Granpal Park, and Boranaya

Izu Shaboten Park Co., Ltd. (Location: Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture) has announced that it will extend the operating hours of Izu Shaboten Zoo, Izu Granpal Park, and the restaurant 'Boranaya' during the summer vacation period (weekends from July 4 to 12, and July 18 to August 31, 2026).

In response to visitor feedback desiring more time to enjoy Izu, Izu Granpal Park is introducing the 'Izu Granpal Park x Izu Kogen Granillumi Limited Premium Set Ticket,' which allows guests to enjoy the 'Izu Kogen Granillumi' illumination facility at a discounted rate. Customers who purchase this ticket will receive priority entry, 30 minutes before the official opening time of the Granillumi.

By extending the hours at Izu Shaboten Zoo, visitors will have more opportunities to observe the animals' authentic behavior and comfortably view the succulent plants and cacti in the greenhouse. Additionally, 'Boranaya,' which previously only served lunch, will now offer evening service, allowing guests to enjoy local cuisine.
