SKY-HILL HOTEL Izu Kogen to Open Private Suites with Sauna and Open-Air Bath on July 18

SKY-HILL HOTEL Izu Kogen (located in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture), an official hotel of the Izu Shaboten Zoo Group, has renovated its guest rooms and will open new rooms fully equipped with open-air baths and saunas on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Prior to this, accommodation reservations will be accepted starting Thursday, June 11.

Following the highly favorable reception of the addition of 'Rooms with Semi-Open-Air Baths' and 'Rooms with Semi-Open-Air Baths Overlooking Mt. Omuro' last year, the hotel has further expanded its room offerings. Including other rooms, the hotel has evolved to a 25-room structure, providing more diverse and high-quality accommodations.

The two newly created rooms are the hotel's premier suites, overlooking the nearby national natural monument, Mt. Omuro. Based on the concept of 'refinement and relaxation,' the chic spaces are fully equipped with indoor saunas and open-air baths. Taking an open-air bath while viewing the majestic silhouette of Mt.
