Designed to be enjoyed comfortably during the hot season, the menu features cooling textures and refreshing acidity, creating a light and seasonal taste profile.

The standout feature of Shiba Park Hotel’s afternoon tea is the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of flavors from three distinct brands: Chinese cuisine Peking, Western cuisine Primula, and Japanese cuisine Hanasansho, all in one set. Being able to experience menus crafted by professional chefs across all three cuisines is a unique hallmark of the hotel's "The Dining" venue. A highlight of the menu is the smooth, chilled gazpacho, which fully brings out the umami of tomatoes, offering a refreshing dish to soothe the summer heat.

For sweets, we have incorporated refreshing elements throughout, including a mousse that harmonizes the sweet and tart flavors of passion fruit with the gentle richness of coconut sauce. This light, refreshing lineup ensures that guests can enjoy the experience comfortably until the very end, even in warm weather.
