The guesthouse will celebrate its 10th anniversary on October 9, 2026. To commemorate this milestone, we will launch the "10th Anniversary Novelty Campaign" on July 9, 2026, as a token of our daily gratitude. This campaign allows guests to earn points on our official LINE account based on their length of stay and Instagram posts. Accumulated points can be redeemed for original merchandise to enhance your travels or breakfast vouchers for our sister hotel, "Ishigaki Island Hotel Cucule."

"Chura Cucule Ishigaki Island" will mark its 10th anniversary in October 2026. "Cucule" means "heart" in the Okinawan language. We want to give form to our gratitude and make our guests' future journeys even richer.

A guesthouse located on Ishigaki Island, Okinawa. It features bunk-style bedrooms as private zones, and a "yun-taku" (gathering) space and shared kitchen as social zones. At the time of its establishment, there was a shortage of accommodation facilities on Ishigaki Island, and it was opened with the aim of providing a safe and comfortable lodging environment, especially for solo travelers and female travelers. Utilizing vacant spaces in existing buildings and incorporating local materials, it started as a new accommodation facility. Furthermore, it operates under the concept of "a lodging space that grows itself," by exhibiting works from artists-in-residence and live painting within the premises. Awarded the Good Design Award in 2016.
