Announcement Regarding the Merger of Mellow Works Co., Ltd. and Shin Corporation Co., Ltd.

Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Norio Kawaguchi; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that it will merge with Mellow Works Co., Ltd., a group company, effective April 1, 2026.

Through this merger, 62 stores from the "Wakuwaku Group" will join the 399 "Karaoke BanBan" stores, bringing the total number of karaoke stores operated by the Company nationwide to 461. This will enable the Company to provide services to a wider range of customers in more diverse regions than ever before.

Even after the merger, the brand names of each brand will continue to be developed separately, leveraging their respective characteristics and strengths. Meanwhile, the management resources cultivated by both companies, such as store operation know-how, product and service development, human resource development, and systems, will be effectively combined, and specific initiatives will commence sequentially from April 1.

Going forward, we will implement common campaigns and measures at each "Wakuwaku Group" store, including Karaoke BanBan and Karaoke ALL. While leveraging the strengths of the "Wakuwaku Group"'s community-based stores, we will introduce services currently offered by Karaoke BanBan nationwide, continuously working to improve the store experience and enhance service quality to make customers want to visit again.
