(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hajime Kawaguchi, hereinafter "the Company"), which operates "Karaoke BanBan," is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% of the issued shares of Ottotree Entertainment Sdn Bhd, which operates the karaoke facility "Loud Speaker" in Malaysia.

Through this acquisition, we will combine the brand power of the company with our operational expertise to further enhance the value of karaoke in Malaysia.

Karaoke Brand with a Presence in Malaysia Joins the Group

"Loud Speaker" is a karaoke brand with over 10 stores in Malaysia, gaining significant customer support with its concept of "purely enjoying karaoke at affordable prices."

In Malaysia, while many karaoke establishments traditionally required the additional order of buffet or other menu items when using karaoke, this brand is characterized by its simple business model that focuses on "the act of singing itself." It has established a solid brand position by expanding primarily in popular urban malls and major commercial facilities.
