100% Aichi-grown soybeans: 'Shizenha Style' introduces new 'Bean-Flavor' minced natto, committed to domestic ingredients

Starting May 25, 2026, Co-op Shizenha will introduce 'Shizenha Style Minced Natto' from its private brand, 'Shizenha Style.' The product uses 100% Aichi-grown soybeans and is carefully fermented with a commitment to domestic ingredients. By finishing the product while monitoring the state of the soybeans, the natural flavor and umami of the ingredients are brought out. The reference price is 208 yen (225 yen including tax) for a pack of three 40g containers. Co-op Shizenha promotes the 'Domestic Declaration' and engages in activities aimed at improving food self-sufficiency, and this product was developed as part of that effort. It is available to members of the five Co-op Shizenha cooperatives (covering 2 prefectures and 8 prefectures).
