'Obungu to Issho' x 'Shrines/Temples & Movies' Collaboration Goods Sale & Limited-Time POP-UP Event Announced

The Business Promotion Department of Shochiku Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Toshihiro Takahashi) will hold a new item release event titled 'Obungu to Issho ~Going Out to Shrines/Temples and Movies~' starting on Friday, June 5, 2026.

The event features the popular SNS character series 'Obungu to Issho,' known for 'gently fulfilling a somewhat tired heart,' and will take place at 'Tokyo Station First Avenue Tokyo Character Street (Wagon under the F stairs),' Kiddy Land (Osaka Umeda store / Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi store), and various shrines and temples.

This collaboration uses newly drawn illustrations themed around 'Shrines/Temples' and 'Movies.' Exclusive goods such as Goshuin (shrine/temple stamps) and Goshuin-cho (stamp books) will be offered at each shrine and temple, while Tokyo Character Street and Kiddy Land will feature a rich variety of items including plush mascots. To commemorate the event, standy panels of the Obungu characters will be installed at the participating shrines, temples, and Kiddy Land stores. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy taking commemorative photos with them!

Additionally, bonus stickers will be given out at random under different conditions depending on the venue. At retail stores (Tokyo Character Street and Kiddy Land), a sticker will be given for every 3,300 yen (including tax) spent. At shrines and temples, a sticker will be given to those who purchase one or more exclusive items. Please enjoy the feeling of movies and shrine visits together with the Obungu characters!!
