Mizuki Tsujimura's 'Fire Dome' (Releasing 6/5!) The 'Rumor' Written by the Author Appears in the City Before Release. Special Advance Advertisement Launched!

On June 5, 2026, Shogakukan will publish the new contemporary mystery novel 'Fire Dome' (Upper and Lower volumes), commemorating the 22nd anniversary of author Mizuki Tsujimura's debut. This magnum opus took seven years to write and consists of 1,500 manuscript pages.

With two weeks left until the release, special advance advertisements for the book began display today at the B-zone of the B1 floor of the Sanseido Bookstore Ikebukuro Main Store annex. The advertisement features words written by the author herself that reveal the 'core of the story.'

Additionally, a TV commercial has been released on the special website. Text appears intermittently and disappears before the viewer realizes it, much like a 'rumor.' The challenging CM footage shows fragments of the story emerging with narration over close-up shots of the pages.

This work is based on a series published in the literary magazine 'STORY BOX' from June 2019 to August 2023, completed after significant additions and a complete revision. It offers a brand-new reading experience even to those who followed the original serialization. Pre-orders are available at bookstores nationwide and online retailers.
