A Message from the Founder

25 years. To be precise, with about two months of preparation time before the company's establishment, it's a journey of approximately 9,200 days.

Today, I received a "Notice of Shingles Vaccination" from Shibuya Ward.

Starting a business at 39. It's only natural to reach that age.

As declared in my book "Declaration of Lifelong Active Service," I am prepared to remain active until I am 120 years old. My internal age is 46. I will continue to utilize complex and advanced skills to be of service to your enjoyment.

The "House of Eternal Youth" built in Higashi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, is an amazing facility where one can enjoy niche foods. It is a special space for those who want to enjoy life while remaining active throughout their lives.

Shokubunka Co., Ltd. In 2001, we built an online sales system to support producers who could not use the internet or computers, and opened the direct gourmet e-commerce site "Umai-mon.com." In 2004, we partnered with the Tokyo Metropolitan Central Wholesale Market (Tsukiji Wholesale Market) and launched a market-direct e-commerce site "Tsukiji Ichiba.com" (formerly Toyosu Ichiba.com).
