### Background of Implementation

Okayama Prefecture established the 'Okayama Meeting & Marriage Support Center' to offer networking opportunities to single individuals. The initiative provides various services, including matching through 'Okayama Musubi Net,' networking events, seminars, and free marriage consultations.

In 2022, 'Okayama Musubi Net' began allowing users to view profiles from home. In 2025, to enhance convenience and increase membership, online registration was introduced, adopting 'ProTech ID Checker' for identity verification.

As of April 2026, approximately 60% of new members register online, which has contributed to both improved user convenience and increased operational efficiency.

'ProTech ID Checker' is a total KYC service applicable to both face-to-face and non-face-to-face environments. It supports various identity verification documents, including Public Personal Authentication (JPKI) using the IC chips of My Number cards, as well as IC authentication for driver's licenses and residence cards.
