First French Creator Debuts on Shonen Jump+ via MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA! NÉO's Ambitious One-Shot Releases on May 21!

The one-shot manga "Little Monster," submitted by French creator NÉO to the overseas manga submission platform "MANGA Plus Creators by SHUEISHA" (hereafter "MPC"), will be released on the manga magazine app "Shonen Jump+" starting at 12:00 AM on Thursday, May 21.

This marks the second time a work submitted to "MPC" has been published on "Shonen Jump+," following "NO\NAME" (Story by Rafal Jaki / Art by MACHINE GAMU) released on January 29, 2023, and it is the first submission by a French creator.

Launched in August 2022 and operated by the Shonen Jump+ editorial department, "MPC" is a global manga submission and publication platform (supporting English and Spanish) aimed at overseas creators. It essentially serves as the international version of the Japanese submission and publication service "Jump Rookie!". The total number of submitted works has already exceeded 28,000 (74,000 episodes) between August 2022 and April 2026.

"Little Monster" was submitted in English to "MPC" in December 2025. This work won the Gold Award, the highest evaluation in the Monthly Awards, which announces winning entries from among the submissions every month. The creator secured a prize of 1 million Japanese Yen and publication on "Shonen Jump+" (Japanese version) and "MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA" (English and Spanish versions).
