Siiibo Securities to change its trade name to "Metaplanet Securities Inc." effective July 13

Siiibo Securities Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuki Komura; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the corporate bond issuance and purchase platform "Siiibo," has decided to change its trade name from "Siiibo Securities Co., Ltd." to "Metaplanet Securities Inc." This decision is subject to the resolution of amendments to the articles of incorporation at a general shareholders' meeting.

Purpose of Trade Name Change

With the mission of "Creating free, transparent, and fair direct finance," the Company has operated an online platform centered on private corporate bonds, connecting emerging companies with individual investors, under its Type 1 Financial Instruments Business registration.

On the occasion of joining the Metaplanet Group on July 13, 2026 (*), we will change our trade name to "Metaplanet Securities Inc."

Going forward, we will accelerate and develop our existing efforts to meet the needs of investor customers seeking yield, and promote the construction of a "BTC x Finance" platform that aims to create and offer products utilizing our parent company's Bitcoin (BTC) management know-how to individual investors.
