I have been appointed to the Sports Promotion Division as a Regional Revitalization Cooperator, and on Friday, April 3rd, I paid a courtesy visit to the Mayor of Tako Town, members of the Board of Education, and town hall staff. During this visit, I introduced myself upon my appointment and spoke about my past activities, my experience in sports, and my future initiatives. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome and the valuable time given to me despite everyone's busy schedules. Through our discussions, I strongly felt the importance of community ties that Tako Town has cherished, the warmth between people, and the culture of the entire town supporting the growth of children. I once again feel a great sense of purpose and responsibility in being able to work in such an appealing region. Moving forward, I will focus on 3x3 basketball to revitalize regional exchanges through sports. I aim to create events and experiential opportunities where many people, regardless of age or experience, can easily participate, fostering places where local residents can gather and build connections. Furthermore, in the future, I will strive to establish schools to create an environment where children can continuously engage in sports and grow. For children in the under-category, I intend to engage with them from a long-term perspective, emphasizing not only the improvement of their athletic abilities but also their human development, such as manners, cooperation, and a challenging spirit. I will sincerely dedicate myself to each activity, collaborating with local residents and stakeholders, to contribute to the further development and revitalization of Tako Town. I look forward to your continued guidance and support.
