SmartDrive Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Retsu Kitagawa), a provider of services utilizing mobility data, has announced that it has agreed to enter into a joint business partnership with Geotab Inc. (Headquarters: Ontario, Canada; Founder/CEO: Neil Cawse), a world-leading telematics company, leveraging both companies' strengths.

To date, SmartDrive has been promoting mobility DX for various companies through business development using its cloud-based vehicle management system, 'SmartDrive Fleet,' which has been implemented by over 2,400 companies, and the integrated data platform 'AI Mobility OS (AIMOS),' which solves mobility challenges using AI. AIMOS is a next-generation platform that goes beyond simple data collection and analysis to provide end-to-end support for business automation, external system integration, and the streamlining of vehicle-related expense settlement and payment processes.

In this joint venture, the strengths of three companies will be combined: Geotab, which possesses high-level global telematics technology; SmartDrive; and Interzone (Headquarters: Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture; President: Kenji Kagami), our group company that develops 'gnote,' a CRM for automotive sales and maintenance. By integrating the advanced device data provided by Geotab with our AIMOS, and expanding services to reach Interzone's automotive aftermarket customer base across Japan, we aim to further integrate business efficiency in the automotive sales and maintenance sector and significantly expand the possibilities of mobility data utilization.

While concrete details regarding the cooperation will be announced sequentially, we plan to discuss the background and future outlook of the joint business in a session at 'Mobility Transformation 2026,' to be held on June 30, 2026, where the representatives of the three companies will take the stage.
