SmartHR, Inc. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masato Serizawa) announced that its 10th-anniversary special website won the Gold Prize in the 'Website (Corporate/School PR)' category at the 47th Japan BtoB Advertising Awards, organized by the Japan BtoB Advertising Association.

About the Japan BtoB Advertising Awards: This competition, held since 1980, aims to promote and develop BtoB advertising, recognizing excellent work in corporate communication and production techniques.

The award-winning site, titled 'What People and Society Truly Want,' was launched in June 2025 with support from design firm Torque Co., Ltd. and planning group Tsudoi Inc. It reflects on a decade of growth with customers and conveys aspirations for the next 10 years.

The creative concept is based on SmartHR's core philosophy of 'creating what people truly need.' The design features rich colors for the future and highly expressive messaging. The site includes content involving both internal and external stakeholders.

SmartHR provides the cloud HR and labor management software 'SmartHR' under the mission of 'well-working: eliminating social issues related to labor and creating a society where everyone can work as themselves.'
