V Point Service to Start June 1st at 'Rooms Taishodo,' Supporting Lifestyles in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area for a Century

Furniture Taishodo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sagamihara, Kanagawa; President: Kanetaka Shibuya), V Point Marketing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Seigo Hirota), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yukihiko Onishi) will launch a service where V Points can be earned and used at seven 'Rooms Taishodo' furniture and interior specialty stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, starting Monday, June 1, 2026. Furniture Taishodo was founded in 1912 in Machida, Tokyo, as a stationery and general goods retailer. Since then, it has grown for over a century by expanding its product range to support the lives of local customers. Currently, as 'Rooms Taishodo,' it sells furniture and interior goods and offers home renovation proposals in Kanagawa and Tokyo. Through this initiative, customers at 'Rooms Taishodo' can earn 1 V Point for every 200 yen (including tax) spent by presenting a V Point-eligible card, such as the mobile V Card, at the time of purchase. Furthermore, by paying with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card, customers can also earn additional V Points as payment points.
