The Kinki Regional Office of the Japan Organization for Small and Medium Enterprise Development (SMRJ) is recruiting tenants for its incubation facility, 'Creation Core Kyoto Mikuruma,' established and operated under the SME Management Strengthening Act.

(Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Keihan Demachiyanagi Station)
3. Application Period
From Wednesday, July 22, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026, by 17:00
For mailed applications (facility rental application forms, etc.), documents must arrive by 17:00 on Friday, July 31, 2026.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis if no tenants are finalized during the above period.
4. Rooms Available for Recruitment
● Newly available rooms: 2 rooms total
Rental fees include 10% consumption tax. Rates will change if the tax rate is revised.
Upon move-in, tenants must pay a security deposit equivalent to three months of rent (pre-tax), the rent for the month in which usage begins, and the rent for the following month.
A fixed-term building lease agreement will be required.
Additionally, there is a rental subsidy program provided by Kyoto City. (※1)
※1 If the Kyoto City rental subsidy program applies, subsidies will be disbursed after the completion of annual projects. Eligibility categories, disbursement periods, and subsidy amounts are determined based on the 'Kyoto City Subsidy Guidelines for Promoting the Utilization of Facilities for New Business Creation.'
※2 'Mekiki Committee A-Rank Certification' and 'Oscar Certification' are Kyoto City programs that recognize outstanding enterprises.
5. Facility Usage Start Date
Occupancy is possible from October 2026 onward, following the signing of a fixed-term building lease agreement.
