We are pleased to announce the 201st 'Citizens and NPO Exchange Salon' (Online Event), featuring the Tokyo Nordic Walk Federation, to be held on Thursday, April 9th!

### What is the Citizens and NPO Exchange Salon? This event provides a platform where NPOs active in various fields introduce their activities, share the significance of social contribution, and expand the circle of collaboration, participation, and support. Held once a month, it is a two-hour session focusing on one organization. The first half includes an introduction to the organization, and the second half focuses on a Q&A session. Anyone interested in social contribution, learning about NPOs, or working in intermediary support is welcome to join!

**Organization Overview:** 'Beneficial walking styles for everyone!' Nordic walking is a style originating from Finland that can be enjoyed regardless of age or physical strength. The Tokyo Nordic Walk Federation aims to contribute to national health promotion and the creation of a bright, prosperous society by holding workshops, trial sessions, and training instructors to promote and raise awareness of this activity.

### Target Audience Nordic walking is expected to be effective not only for sports and recreation but also for dieting, prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, rehabilitation, and nursing care prevention. Anyone who is even slightly interested is welcome to participate.
