Having operated in Sasebo since 2011, SocioFuture launched a full-scale foreign human resource business in March 2025 to address local labor shortages. The company matches 'Specified Skilled Worker' foreigners with local businesses in industries like dining, nursing care, accommodation, and auto repair, while providing mandatory living support services. Through this agreement, both parties will strengthen cooperation in securing human resources for local companies, improving living environments for foreigners, and promoting economic, cultural, and sports initiatives. Specific measures will be discussed by the Sasebo City Foreign Human Resources Acceptance Council, with a report expected by March 2028.
