Service Overview
This service is an interaction promotion SaaS that connects companies wishing to appeal their characteristics and inherent appeal through non-financial information such as the value of their products and services and their development background, which are not fully visualized, with individuals interested in communication with companies based on deeper information beyond disclosed information, through experiential events. Previously, corporate information and IR events had difficulty reaching audiences beyond existing investors*1, and there were challenges in translating feedback obtained from events into corporate value*2.
Focusing on this point, this service is designed as a platform where individuals can evaluate companies based on non-financial information that is not easily visible, and companies can receive and analyze feedback from individuals. Through this service, individuals can easily participate in experiential events planned by companies, such as factory tours, product experiences, and interactions with management, thereby contributing to evaluation through two-way communication. In addition, by understanding the qualitative effects of experiential events through surveys for individuals, companies can refine their strategies for building a fan base that serves as a foundation for their corporate evaluation, more than ever before.
Background of Service Launch
The Company, which plays a role in the social infrastructure in the financial sector by providing BPO services and system development for financial institutions, including ATM monitoring, is launching various businesses with the aim of contributing to society in new areas by leveraging its strengths. In planning this service, the Company took a broad view of finance and focused on corporate IR activities. Events for individual investors organized by securities firms, etc., tend to have limited participation*3. Furthermore, while information dissemination has traditionally focused on financial aspects, in recent years, dialogue with investors that includes non-financial information, which represents the intrinsic value of a company, such as product/service development backgrounds and employee satisfaction, has become increasingly important*4. Amidst such an environment, through discussions with "Kin'yu Joshi.", it was jointly planned that this service could be a solution to resolve these challenges by promoting communication between both companies and individuals through events utilizing non-financial information that is difficult to explicitly state, leading to the launch of this service.
About the Service Name "Letter"
