Announcement of New Management System Launch

We are pleased to announce that as of April 1, 2026, Yutaro Sei, who has been serving as Representative Director and President, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. Atsushi Nakagawa will succeed him as Representative Director and President.

This change in management is being implemented as a business succession, transferring leadership from the founding Sei family to Atsushi Nakagawa. We also wish to inform you that this succession is being supported by the TOKYO White Knight Fund, established and led by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

The new Representative Director and President, Atsushi Nakagawa, has extensive experience in various businesses at general trading companies and operating companies. Moving forward, he will dedicate himself to maximizing our value for our customers.

We will inherit the corporate culture and technology of "Valuing Credibility and Aiming for Certainty", along with the trust and achievements we have received from our customers over our 51-year history, to forge a new future and strive for further development.

I am Atsushi Nakagawa, and I am honored to assume the position of President.
