Participating as part of the 'Japan Bizcrew Pavilion' under the theme 'From Japanese Takumi to Global Takumi,' SORABITO will showcase its deep understanding of field-based industries—such as construction, heavy machinery rental, logistics, and manufacturing—and the potential of its voice AI agent, TakumiX, to the world. TakumiX is a voice AI agent that supports dialogue-based tasks in field-based industries, including construction, heavy machinery rental, logistics, manufacturing, and maintenance. In these fields, numerous dialogue-based tasks occur daily, such as answering phone calls, taking orders, handling inquiries, confirming work procedures, referencing manuals, safety training, new entrant orientation, and inspection/maintenance support. TakumiX provides necessary information through natural voice dialogue to support these tasks. SORABITO positions TakumiX not merely as a general-purpose voice chatbot, but as a digital 'Takumi employee' that actually advances field operations. Through this exhibition, the company aims to share its operational understanding cultivated in Japan's field-based industries and the implementation capabilities of TakumiX with the world from Taipei.
