The new S-Works Evade 4 represents the new pinnacle of Specialized's fastest race helmets. Designed in Specialized's own WinTunnel, tested in WorldTour racing, and verified through over 100 hours of aerodynamic and thermal analysis, the Evade 4 achieves a balance that few helmets manage: world-class aerodynamics, cooling performance, and enhanced comfort.

In addition to re-engineered ventilation, the new MouthPort (forehead air intake) has been reintroduced, and internal air channels have been optimized. Furthermore, the head form was updated to improve fit, comfort, and airflow. As a result, the Evade 4 achieves a 2.4% improvement in cooling performance without sacrificing any aerodynamic efficiency.

Aerodynamics to Win

The aero story of the Evade 4 begins in Specialized's WinTunnel. By improving vent shapes and helmet surface airflow, aerodynamic performance is enhanced without disrupting airflow.

Optimized vent structure and NACA vents reduce air resistance while boosting cooling performance.

Thin, long side vents maintain smooth airflow. Inspired by the TT5, the flat top and tail fin silhouette reduce turbulence.

2.4% Cooler

The Evade 4 offers a 2.4% improvement in cooling performance over the previous Evade 3, verified by independent testing using thermal analysis head forms. This test will be standard for all future helmet developments.
