Spice Factory CEO Hironosuke Takagi to Speak at Nikkei BP's 'Nikkei CrossTech NEXT Kansai 2026' on June 11

Spice Factory Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hironosuke Takagi), a company supporting digital transformation, announced that CEO Takagi will speak at the 'AI Leaders EXPO Kansai 2026,' part of the 'Nikkei CrossTech NEXT Kansai 2026' event (June 11-12, 2026, at Grand Front Osaka Congres Convention Center) hosted by Nikkei BP, on June 11, 2026. CEO Takagi will speak in the second part (11:00-11:30) of the 'IT Legacy Problem Special Lecture' (Venue D, 10:30-11:30) on June 11. The lecture title is 'The Trinity Reform of Process, Tools, and Talent in System Modernization Completed by AI.' He will explain, based on real-world examples, how to modernize business systems that have been left untouched simply because 'they are still working.' He will unravel a new methodology for modernization based on the trinity of AI modernization, AI-driven development, and AI enablement, from the perspectives of specific processes, tools, and talent. The lecture will focus on three key points: AI modernization (visualizing current status and ROI), AI-driven development (implementation approaches incorporating generative AI into the development process), and AI enablement (building mechanisms to cultivate value-added talent within the organization), sharing practical knowledge with those considering AI adoption.
