[Washoku Sato Event Report] Cerezo Soccer Clinic Held for Sato Kids Club Members

Washoku Sato, operated by SRS Food Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President & CEO: Takayuki Sugimoto), supports Cerezo Osaka, a professional soccer club representing Osaka, as a gold partner company. This initiative aims to deepen ties with the local community, revitalize the region, promote sports culture, and foster the development of future generations.

We recently held a "Cerezo Soccer Clinic" exclusively for members of "Sato Kids Club*". Approximately 100 children, selected by lottery from a large number of applicants through a campaign, were invited to attend.

*"Sato Kids Club" is a membership service for children aged elementary school and younger.

The soccer clinic has been held annually since 2023, when Washoku Sato became a gold partner of Cerezo Osaka, making this the 4th occurrence.

This year's event, held on Sunday, May 17th, at Yanmar Field Nagai, was an enhanced version of previous years' plans, offering a special opportunity to experience a soccer class on the pitch immediately before the "Nagoya Grampus match" held on the same day. It was a valuable and exciting day, filled with the atmosphere of playing on a natural grass pitch where professional players perform, just hours before a match begins.

Despite the clear skies and temperatures nearing 30 degrees Celsius, making it a summer-like hot day in May, the participating children ran energetically across the pitch with smiles, providing great vitality to everyone involved.

Washoku Sato is committed to creating a community filled with smiles for children and families through events like the Sato Kids Club and its in-store products and services.

Free Baby Food Service Offered at All Stores

Starting June 2025, Washoku Sato will offer free baby food for infants around 7 months old at all its stores. Furthermore, all stores are equipped with plastic containers and tableware for infants and toddlers (spoons, forks, food cutters), and most stores have private or semi-private table seating.

Membership Service "Sato Kids Club"

The "Sato Kids Club" membership service, aimed at children aged 12 and under, is free to join with no entrance or annual fees. We offer a range of benefits to enhance family dining experiences, including membership cards, gifts based on in-store visit stamps, free kids' drink bar, birthday coupons, and member-exclusive campaigns.
