Santen Tempura Rice Bowl Shop (operated by Sato Food Service Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, with President and CEO Takayuki Sugimoto) will launch a limited-time 'Shirasu Fair' starting Thursday, June 18, 2026.

The fluffy shirasu (conger eel) tempura pairs perfectly with a fruit-filled 'plum sauce.' We also offer shirasu tempura wrapped in perilla leaves—try both for a delightful comparison. Crisp summer vegetables are also featured as tempura, including 'zucchini tempura,' 'paprika tempura,' 'eggplant tempura,' and 'corn croquettes,' all beautifully colorful and refreshing.
