[Key Lecture Content]
Heightened tensions in the Middle East, the "2024 problem" in logistics, and the rapid depreciation of the yen. Due to unprecedented environmental changes, society as a whole is facing a wave of "high costs." In hospital management, where operations are forced to navigate within the fixed prices of medical fees, isn't it time to re-examine our current situation and strengthen the foundation of our management? This lecture will focus on cost improvement examples for medical supplies essential for treatment, and will detail the optimization of SPD (in-hospital logistics), the practicalities of price negotiation, and the most crucial aspect: internal consensus building (consensus adjustment). This is not just a collection of success stories; based on my experience, especially the real lessons learned from "failure cases," I will deeply explore "hospital cost improvements" that can be implemented starting tomorrow.
1. Perspective from SPD - Visualization of procurement, logistics data as the foundation
2. Price Negotiation for Medical Institutions - History and benchmarks of price negotiation
3. Case Studies (Failure and Success Cases) - Focusing on failure cases, pursuing the "why?"
4. Future Outlook - Regional logistics concept
5. Summary
6. Q&A
