S-PAL Sendai, operated by Sendai Terminal Building Co., Ltd., will host the bread festival "S-PAL Pan-Darake," supervised by Katsuei Shiga, a pioneer in low-temperature long-fermentation.

The event will feature popular bakeries not only from Sendai and Miyagi Prefecture but also from Hokkaido and Fukuoka. Certain breads will be available via advance reservation or same-day tickets.
