Our clinic is engaged in regenerative medicine and advanced medical fields, including ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products), focusing on healthcare provision, research and development, medical collaboration, and the promotion of international dialogue. In recent years, not only technology and clinical practice but also understanding national and regional systems and regulations, continuous dialogue with relevant organizations, and building long-term trust have become increasingly important in the advanced medical field.

Against this backdrop, we have believed that the participation of individuals with high expertise in both international relations and scientific diplomacy is crucial for our clinic to further strengthen its collaboration with the international community and promote sustainable and reliable initiatives in the advanced medical field.

Mr. Serge Telle has served as Diplomatic Advisor to the French Prime Minister, French Ambassador to Monaco, and French Ambassador for the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM). From 2016 to 2020, he served as Minister of State, the head of government, of the Principality of Monaco, appointed by H.S.H. Prince Albert II. His extensive diplomatic experience and international insight are considered highly significant for our clinic in strengthening cooperation with overseas medical, research, and business partners, building relationships in various countries and regions, and promoting international dialogue on advanced medical fields.

In the future, Mr. Serge Telle is scheduled to provide strategic advice on our clinic's international relations, as well as engage in advisory work from a scientific diplomacy perspective, focusing on building cooperative relationships with overseas organizations, promoting international dialogue, and advancing long-term international collaboration.
